2017 Rhine Cruise.

Because of the delays at several locks we didn't get off the boat until about 4.45 pm (about 1 hr. 45 late) and by the time we got into town it was raining. We hadn't brought our brollies but, never mind, it was a town well worth seeing in the rain. What I imagined a medieval German town would look like.

Bernkastel Market Place (one of the most beautiful in Germany apparently)

Had a good look around, went into a few shops and bought a couple of things although Edna resisted all the lovely bag shops. Met several of our fellow passengers but when the rain started to get quite heavy we decided that enough was enough and went back to the ship.
